I've been searching for the perfect lengua burrito for the longest time!!! Often they are too soft that they're soggy, or too hard, or too salty. This is perfectly grilled and the avocado salsa is the perfect touch to it!! Will need to come back for their menudo! But definitely is the spot for my lengua

We have enjoyed this place for a while. Recently every visit has been disappointing. We have been here around 30 times, but all of the visits in the last three months have had issues. Today I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I waited 25 minutes after that 10 and when I got home I found everything I ordered prepared wrong.

Waiting 30 mins for enchiladas and then seeing them prepared in a microwave didn't help the experience.

I spontaneously stopped by for some tacos while on the way to Katy and they did not disappoint. I tried the barbacoa, pastor, and the pulled pork and they were all very delicious. The meat was savory, tender, and juicy, while the corn taco held its own and didn't fall apart as you'd expect.

It's nearly $2 for a taco, which is pricey, but the tacos do seem to be slightly bigger than the average street taco.

There's also a topping bar, so A++ for that!

I've always had such a great experience at this restaurant- until today. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. We (my children and I), ordered our food, sat down and ate, and all seemed to be well. As we were walking out- 30 mins later, the lady/girl behind the counter, and the owner standing next to her spewed out, "ma'am, did you pay for those drinks?" I was confused bc you have to pay at the counter before you eat. She proceeded- loudly and rudely to tell me that the drinks on the table weren't paid for.
The part that upsets me the most is that we sat in there for 30 mins eating our food, with said drinks on the table. All they needed to do was to kindly walk over while we were seated, and ask about the drinks. Instead, you wait until I'm walking out, with my kids, and a restaurant full of people, to humiliate me about drinks that NOBODY was trying to steal from you. Nonetheless, they for sure lost SEVERAL customers with their poor professionalism , and rude little girls behind the counter. I felt discriminated against and profiled by how rudely that little girl was talking to me, with the owner and/or her father standing right by chiming in.

If you look at all of their bad reviews- it's simply the customer service that sucks. Train your staff
Right bro! You're blocking a lot of business/money  because of the rude little kids working for you!!

This is absolutely my favorite Mexican restaurant in Katy. I grew up 5 min from the border, so I'm excessively picky about my Mexican food. I refuse to pay a premium on crap Mexican. You wanna feel like you have a Mexican abuelita who makes you delicious breakfast? Come here.

I could eat their chorizo and egg plate all day everyday day. The only thing stopping me is the number on my scale! If you have a couple pounds to spare, I suggest trying a couple of your favorites on their menu and I promise you won't be disappointed. Try their gordita -- just, yes.

My only gripe is the space is tight and it's a popular place, so come early or when it's slow or you might find yourself waiting for an empty table.
